Roller

The conveyor roller is a common material-handling device characterized by its simple structure, high reliability, and ease of use and maintenance. A conveyor roller mainly consists of components such as the drive roller, frame, support brackets, and drive unit. From the perspective of drive mechanism, conveyor rollers can be categorized into powered rollers, non-powered rollers, and electric rollers. According to their layout configuration, they can be classified into horizontal conveyors, inclined conveyors, and curved conveyors.

Roller

Rollers are crucial components of belt conveyors, serving to support the conveyor belt and the materials being transported. They help reduce the running resistance of the conveyor belt and ensure that the belt’s sag does not exceed specified limits, thereby guaranteeing smooth operation. The roller structure consists of a roller body, bearings, seals, and other parts. According to their application, rollers can be categorized into types such as trough-shaped, parallel, and self-aligning. They are widely used in industries including mining, ports, and power plants.

Conveyor

This is a versatile belt conveyor that is mobile, extendable, and height-adjustable, specifically designed for loading, unloading, and transferring bulk or packaged materials. It’s an “efficiency-boosting tool” ideal for scenarios such as grain storage facilities, logistics centers, and feed/fertilizer plants.

Conveyor belt

Compared with other types of conveyor belts, nylon conveyor belts feature high strength, excellent impact resistance, superior abrasion resistance, minimal deformation, good flexibility, and robust splices. Nylon conveyor belts can be made using rubber compounds such as SBR, NBR, and EPDM, and they offer high tensile strength as well as multi-layer fabric conveyors with outstanding resistance to abrasion, oil, heat, and wear. These belts can be manufactured either as flat nylon belts or as patterned nylon belts. They are available in a variety of specialized formulations, including fire-resistant, cold-resistant, wear-resistant, heat-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant, oil-resistant, and anti-static types.
