Conveyor belt

Compared with other types of conveyor belts, nylon conveyor belts feature high strength, excellent impact resistance, superior abrasion resistance, minimal deformation, good flexibility, and robust splices. Nylon conveyor belts can be made using rubber compounds such as SBR, NBR, and EPDM, and they offer high tensile strength as well as multi-layer fabric conveyors with outstanding resistance to abrasion, oil, heat, and wear. These belts can be manufactured either as flat nylon belts or as patterned nylon belts. They are available in a variety of specialized formulations, including fire-resistant, cold-resistant, wear-resistant, heat-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant, oil-resistant, and anti-static types.

Nylon rubber conveyor belts are particularly well-suited for applications in industries such as mining, stone crushing and screening, sand washing, port terminals, power generation, metallurgy, chemical processing, coal mining, steel mills, cement plants, and construction. They are ideal for conveying materials over most medium- to long-distance routes under conditions of high load and high speed.

    Features

Compared to other types of conveyor belts, nylon conveyor belts:

    • High strength: Made with a high-strength nylon fabric layer as the skeletal material, it boasts high tensile strength and can withstand heavy loads and significant tensile stress, making it ideal for conveying materials with high capacity.
    • Impact resistance: The belt has excellent elasticity, enabling it to effectively absorb and withstand the impact of materials, thereby reducing damage caused by impacts. This makes it particularly advantageous when conveying bulk or granular materials.
    • Excellent wear resistance: Featuring outstanding wear resistance, it can withstand prolonged exposure to high-speed abrasion, thereby extending service life, reducing replacement frequency, and lowering maintenance costs.
    • Resistant to deformation: Nylon conveyor belts have a low deformation rate and are unlikely to undergo significant shape changes even under prolonged, high-frequency use, allowing them to maintain their flatness more effectively.

    Strong adaptability to industrial environments:

    • Excellent flexibility: Easy to groove, adaptable to various types of conveying equipment and routes, and capable of operating normally under complex conditions such as bending and inclining.

    • Secure connections: The connector designs are flexible and diverse, allowing you to choose the appropriate joining method based on different working environments. Moreover, these connectors are robust and reliable, resistant to cracking or breakage, thereby ensuring the safe transport of materials.

    Good chemical stability:

    • Corrosion resistance: Exhibits excellent resistance to chemical corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and various chemicals, enabling it to operate normally in corrosive environments such as chemical plants and mines.

    • Mold-resistant: Nylon material itself is not prone to mold or corrosion, maintaining excellent performance even in humid environments and thereby extending the service life of conveyor belts.

    Other features:

    • High-temperature resistance: Capable of long-term operation in high-temperature environments, with temperature resistance exceeding 200℃, making it suitable for high-temperature working conditions such as ceramics, steel, and cement.

    • Lightweight: Compared to conveyor belts made of other materials, nylon conveyor belts are lighter in weight, making installation and maintenance more convenient and reducing the load on conveying equipment.

    • Fatigue resistance: Excellent fatigue resistance allows the conveyor belt to withstand prolonged, high-frequency bending and vibration, ensuring its stability during long-term use.

Nylon conveyor belts, made of SBR/NBR/EPDM rubber, feature high tensile strength and are multi-layer fabric conveyor belts with excellent resistance to abrasion, oil, heat, and wear. They can be manufactured either as flat nylon belts or as patterned nylon belts. Available in fire-resistant, cold-abrasion-resistant, heat-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant, oil-resistant, and anti-static varieties, among others.

    Application areas

Our nylon fabric conveyor belts are ideal for transporting bulk materials with high density—large, medium, and small-sized minerals, coal, and other similar materials. They are particularly well-suited for operation in harsh environments that demand relatively high belt dimensional stability. These belts are especially suitable for industries such as mining, fertilizer production, power generation, cement plants, steel mills, metallurgy, coal mining, grain processing, chemical industry, ports, and construction. They are applicable to most short-, medium-, and long-distance conveying applications under conditions of high load and high speed.

The spiral sand washer utilizes the principle that particles of different sizes and densities exhibit varying settling velocities in a fluid: particles with fine size and low density settle slowly, while particles with large size and high density settle rapidly. This allows the machine to separate dust and impurities from the sand. Under the uniform agitation of the spiral blades, the machine achieves the purposes of filtering out water and impurities as well as lifting and conveying the sand.
