    Working principle

    A vibrating feeder consists of a hopper body, an exciter, spring supports, a transmission mechanism, and other components. The source of vibration that drives the hopper to feed material is the exciter, which comprises two eccentric shafts (a driving shaft and a driven shaft) and a gear pair. The driving shaft is rotated by an electric motor, and its gears engage with those on the driven shaft, causing the driven shaft to rotate as well. The driving and driven shafts rotate in opposite directions simultaneously, inducing vibrations in the hopper body. This continuous vibration ensures a steady flow of material, achieving uniform feeding and coarse screening.

The vibrator’s vibration intensity is more than 30% higher than that of conventional vibrating feeders, enabling a significantly higher processing capacity under the same specifications. Rich configuration: The highly efficient pre-screening vibrating feeder features a robust structural design that combines various types of wear-resistant steel and ordinary steel in a multi-layer, plate-and-bar configuration. This design not only ensures a long service life and high screening efficiency but also makes installation and adjustment remarkably convenient. The stepped height difference design of the two-stage bar assemblies effectively removes fine materials, preventing them from being re-crushed and significantly reducing the load on the primary crusher.
