    The tailings integrated machine is a highly efficient equipment for fine sand recovery and dewatering.     Working principle

    Working process of the tailings separator: The sand-water mixture is conveyed to a hydrocyclone. The fine sand, which has been separated and concentrated by centrifugal classification, is fed via the sand-discharge nozzle to a vibrating screen. After dehydration through the vibrating screen, the fine sand is effectively separated from the water. A small amount of fine sand and silt, along with other materials, is returned to the washing tank via the return material box. When the liquid level in the washing tank becomes too high, it is discharged through the discharge port. The linear vibrating screen recovers materials with a weight concentration ranging from 70% to 85%. The fineness modulus can be adjusted by varying the pump speed, modifying the slurry concentration, regulating the overflow water flow rate, or replacing the sand-discharge nozzle. In this way, the machine accomplishes three functions: cleaning, dehydration, and grading.

At the same time, it consumes very little water and operates with low noise levels, making it highly compatible with eco-friendly design principles.
