    The fine sand recovery machine is a piece of equipment developed specifically for dewatering, media removal, and mud removal from slurry materials. It is also known as a tailings recovery machine, fine sand extractor, fine sand collector, silt-sand separator, slurry separator, or sand-water mixture treatment system, among other names.

    Working principle

    The system consists of a motor, a vacuum high-pressure pump, a sand-water separator, a dewatering screen, a washing tank, and a return material bin. The working process is as follows: The slurry—consisting of sand and water—is pumped to the high-pressure sand-water separator. The fine sand, which has been centrifugally classified and concentrated, is fed via the sand discharge nozzle to the dewatering screen. After dewatering on the screen, the fine sand is effectively separated from the water. A small amount of fine sand and silt, along with other materials, is returned to the washing tank through the return material bin. When the liquid level in the washing tank rises too high, it is discharged through the outlet. The dewatering screen recovers materials with a weight concentration ranging from 70% to 85%. The fineness modulus can be adjusted by varying the pump speed, modifying the slurry concentration, regulating the overflow water flow rate, or replacing the slurry discharge nozzle. In this way, the system accomplishes three functions: washing, dewatering, and grading.

    3. The cyclone is lined with polyurethane, which significantly extends the service life of the entire unit and enables smooth operation of tasks such as slurry concentration and liquid clarification.
    4. 85% of the fine particulate matter in the total recyclable emissions possesses technical and economic advantages that are unmatched by other equipment.
    5. The fine yarn recovery system reduces the natural stacking time of fine fibers, allowing them to be directly transferred and supplied to the market.
