Product Introduction
The hammer-type crusher can crush stone materials into finished products in a single step, eliminating the need for secondary crushing and shaping processes. This can reduce costs by approximately 40%, with low energy consumption and relatively modest investment. It is widely used in numerous industries, including mining, metallurgy, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, and the chemical industry. It is particularly well-suited for crushing limestone and other medium-hardness stones with compressive strengths below 200 MPa.
Working principle
It consists of a casing, rotor, hammers, support frame, lining plates, and other components. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber. Material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and is crushed by the impact, shock, and grinding actions of the high-speed moving hammers. In conventional hammer crushers, after crushing, material smaller than the gaps in the grate bars is discharged through these gaps.
