    Working principle

    It consists of a casing, rotor, hammers, support frame, lining plates, and other components. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber. Material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and is crushed by the impact, shock, and grinding actions of the high-speed moving hammers. In conventional hammer crushers, after crushing, material smaller than the gaps in the grate bars is discharged through these gaps.
