    Working principle

    The vibrating screen mainly consists of a screen box, an assembly, a suspension system, and an electric motor. The electric motor drives the vibrator to rotate via a V-belt. Due to the centrifugal inertial force generated by the unbalanced weights on the eccentric shaft, the screen box undergoes reciprocating circular vibration. By adjusting the counterweights on the vibrator, different amplitudes can be achieved.

    Product Features

    1. Small in size, lightweight, with a simple and compact structure, requiring minimal maintenance and featuring low operating costs.
    2. The screen surface has a tilt angle of 22°, resulting in higher screening efficiency.
    3. The vibrator features an eccentric shaft plus eccentric block design, providing sufficient excitation force.
    4. All connections on the screening bed are made using high-strength steel bolts to avoid stresses caused by welding. The unique frame features a fully assembled structure, making it easy to transport and install (the frame can be custom-made according to specific requirements).
    5. The manganese steel woven mesh screen features a tensioning and installation design that makes mesh replacement simple and convenient, while also extending the service life of the mesh. It can accommodate up to four layers of screens with different aperture sizes, enabling the simultaneous production of five different finished product specifications.
