    This series of crushers is suitable for crushing various ores and rocks with medium to high hardness. It features a reliable structure, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment, and economical operation. Its spring-loaded safety system serves as an overload protection device, allowing foreign objects such as iron blocks to pass through the crushing chamber without damaging the machine. The crusher employs either dry-oil or water sealing systems, effectively isolating stone dust from the lubrication and ensuring reliable operation.

    Working principle

    During operation, the rotation of the motor drives the belt pulley or coupling, which in turn transmits motion via the transmission shaft of the cone crusher to the conical part of the crusher. Under the urging of the eccentric sleeve, the conical part performs a swinging motion around a fixed point, completing one full revolution. As a result, the crushing wall of the crushing cone alternately approaches and moves away from the surface of the stationary mantle lining mounted on the adjusting sleeve, causing the ore within the crushing chamber to undergo continuous impact, compression, and bending forces, thereby achieving ore fragmentation.

An iron-overload protection device and an automatic control system enable automatic safety protection.
    3. Easy to Operate and Maintain: All components can be disassembled from the top or side, making it convenient to remove the fixed cone and moving cone assemblies. The hydraulic cavity-cleaning system enables rapid clearance of the crushing chamber, significantly reducing downtime.
