    Working principle

    The main body of the roller press/grinder consists of two solid crushing rollers rotating in opposite directions. The material is fed into the machine through a hopper and then enters the gap between the rotating rollers (a V-shaped crushing chamber). Utilizing the principle of high-pressure layer crushing, the material undergoes intense compression under high pressure, thoroughly disrupting its internal crystal structure and generating numerous microcracks. As a result, the material’s physical properties are altered, leading to the formation of dense material cakes and fine powders that eventually fall out from the gap between the two rollers and are discharged through the discharge outlet.
