Use
Nylon-rubber conveyor belts are particularly well-suited for applications in industries such as mining, stone crushing and screening, sand washing, port terminals, power generation, metallurgy, chemical processing, coal mining, steel mills, cement plants, and construction. They are ideal for conveying materials over most medium-to-long distances under conditions of relatively high loads and high speeds.

Compared to other types of conveyor belts, nylon conveyor belts:
• High strength: Made with a high-strength nylon fabric layer as the skeletal material, it boasts high tensile strength and can withstand heavy loads and significant tensile stress, making it ideal for conveying materials with high capacity.
• Impact resistance: The belt has excellent elasticity, enabling it to effectively absorb and withstand the impact of materials, thereby reducing damage caused by impacts. This makes it particularly advantageous when conveying bulk or granular materials.
• Excellent wear resistance: Featuring outstanding wear resistance, it can withstand prolonged exposure to high-speed abrasion, thereby extending service life, reducing replacement frequency, and lowering maintenance costs.
• Resistant to deformation: Nylon conveyor belts have a low deformation rate and are unlikely to undergo significant shape changes even under prolonged, high-frequency use, allowing them to maintain their flatness more effectively.Strong adaptability to industrial environments:
• Excellent flexibility: Easy to groove, adaptable to various types of conveying equipment and routes, and capable of operating normally under complex conditions such as bending and inclining.

Good chemical stability:

• High-temperature resistance: Capable of long-term operation in high-temperature environments, with temperature resistance exceeding 200℃, making it suitable for high-temperature working conditions such as ceramics, steel, and cement.
• Lightweight: Compared to conveyor belts made from other materials, nylon conveyor belts are lighter in weight, making installation and maintenance more convenient and reducing the load on conveying equipment.
• Fatigue resistance: Excellent fatigue resistance allows the conveyor belt to withstand prolonged, high-frequency bending and vibration, ensuring its stability during long-term use.
Nylon conveyor belts, made of SBR/NBR/EPDM rubber, feature high tensile strength and are multi-layer fabric conveyor belts with excellent resistance to abrasion, oil, heat, and wear. They can be manufactured either as flat nylon belts or as patterned nylon belts. Available in fire-resistant, cold-abrasion-resistant, heat-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant, oil-resistant, and anti-static versions, among others.
Application areas
