Drive unit: Includes the motor, reducer, drive roller, and other components, providing the power required for conveyor belt operation.
Roller sets: Support the conveyor belt and materials, reducing running resistance. They are divided into upper rollers and lower rollers.
Tensioning device: Adjusts the tension of the conveyor belt to ensure smooth operation and prevent slippage or deviation.
Frame: Supports the entire conveyor system and is typically made of steel or aluminum alloy.
Auxiliary devices: such as scrapers (to remove residual materials from the belt surface), material guide chutes (to control the flow direction of materials), and anti-deviation devices, etc.
